REQUIREMENTS

• *Be a young professional in the **Birmingham area. The minimum age requirement is 25 and while there is no maximum, most of our participants are in their late twenties to late thirties. **We also accept applications from out of town as we have transitioned to Zoom meetings since Covid.
• *Make a one-year commitment to the GirlSpring Junior Board.
• *Attend 9 out of 12 monthly meetings. 
• *Make a yearly contribution (minimum $100) to GirlSpring.
• *Plan and provide significant support for the annual Junior Board fundraising event through actions such as securing sponsorships, selling tickets, participating in event execution, and assisting during the event.
• *Volunteer at one additional event or sign up to mentor.
• *Serve as a community ambassador for GirlSpring, creating awareness about the organization and its impact through networking and the use of social media.
• *Additional (optional) volunteer opportunities are available outside of these requirements.
