A leaf dances in front of you
scraping the concrete as an invisible force moves it.
You feel the breeze slap your delicate face
and brush strands of hair in front of your eyes.
The cold breath of God runs shivers up your spine;
it spreads goosebumps all over your frail body.
You thought you were alone
but there are forces all around
that you can’t see
making an effort to be heard.
