Media: pen and watercolor
This piece was based off of a photograph I took last year. I was walking around and I met this couple and I just really liked their energy. Their clothes were fun and colorful and they looked happy. They let me take their picture, and I loved the way they smiled at each other. I wanted to translate the happy, colorful energy I got from them into this piece, which is why I added a bright, patterned background. I think the energy I got from them was love.
