You can never have too many video apps in your life, but after a while, some of them can get a bit confusing. Like musical.ly, for example — what’s the best way to create instant music videos on your phone?
Fortunately we got some one-on-one advice from one of musical.ly’s rising stars Baby Ariel, who gathered more than 6 million followers in less than a year with her lip syncing, dancing and comedy videos. “It’s 15 seconds of what you love to do,” she explained to What’s Trending.
The app has made her a social media star at the young age of 15. “I actually got recognized the first time at Wal-Mart. Somebody took a picture of me and posted it on Instagram, and that night I went onto Instagram and saw this picture of me everywhere, and I was so confused. I was like, ‘How do people know who I am? What’s going on?’”
Baby Ariel then did a quick collab with What’s Trending and gave us a musical.ly 101 lesson, including how to pick your song and knowing what hand motions to use.
