- Go to bed at the same time every day
- Choose a book to read once every month
- Make Sundays your reset day
- Once to twice a week do something for yourself at night
- Have a routine for homework or work during the week
- Write down 3 things you were grateful for that day each night
- Set your intentions for your day every morning
- Try and start the morning the same each time
- Find a new hobby
- Stay of your phone 20 minutes before bed

I love that this list encompasses not only physical but mental growth. It’s very important to be healthy of the mind and body! I will definitely implement some of these resolutions into my daily routine.
